Arkansas Continues to Benefit from Joe Biden’s Impressive Economic Success and Build Back Better Agenda
Little Rock, Conway, Pine Bluff, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Fayetteville, and Fort Smith All Hit Record Low Unemployment Rates Thanks to Bidenomics
LITTLE ROCK – President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris continue building a brighter future for Arkansas. Their record investment in the Natural State includes both $4 billion for historic infrastructure projects and an economic stability that President Donald Trump failed to deliver.
“Just two and a half years ago, America faced the worst jobs report since the Great Depression,” said Democratic Party of Arkansas Chair Grant Tennille, the former Chief Economic Development Officer of Arkansas under Governor Mike Beebe. “It’s a matter of fact: Bidenomics is spurring record job creation that is strengthening Arkansas’s economy.”
“Arkansas families, students, and workers are feeling the benefits in their day-to-day lives: more jobs, higher wages, and unemployment at record lows,” added Tennille. “Governor Sanders and the Republican extremists in the legislature are threatening to reverse this success by eliminating income tax for the ultra-wealthy, robbing the people of the chance to build a better Arkansas. In 2024, we are laser-focused on electing Democrats to hold her and them accountable.”
